We will be shipping our December mailing between 12/4 - 12/14. For the first subscription month to arrive in December the subscription needs to be purchased by 6:00pm EST on 12/14.
If you want the first subscription book to arrive in January please sign up after 12/14.
We recommend purchasing a subscription on or before 12/4 and add USPS Priority Shipping to the purchase. We are shipping the first week of December - with Priority Shipping we are confident that December's mailing will arrive during Hanukkah.

The last day to purchase one-time items like Grab Bags, bookmarks, etc is 12/20 at 12pm EST.
Anything purchased after 12pm EST on 12/20 will ship on 12/27.

Yes. For example if you purhcase two Middle Grade subscriptions, the readers will receive the same book every month.
Yes! After the first book is shipped subscribers can easily edit the shipping address via their Book Drop Portal or they can contact us at support@thebookdrop.com.
That's okay! We can update the genre or subscription type at any time. In the event of a price difference the purchaser will either be refunded or invoiced for the difference. Please note that updating the genre/subscription type via your Book Drop Portal will only update future renewals. For existing pending shipments to update you will need to contact support@thebookdrop.com.
Yes! Please use our gifting options at checkout. If a gift note is provided at checkout we will handwrite the gift note and include it in the first mailing. Don't forget to tell them who it is from!
